Gold Charity Healthcheck
Recommended for “larger” charities with a turnover of £500,000 or more, as defined in the Statement of Recommended Practice.

- Board/SMT relationship.

- Strategic risk assessment and risk management.
- Financial review, including:
- Income and expenditure, balance sheet, and cashflow;
- Current income sources and income security;

- Reserves policy;
- Long-term funding aspirations and requirements;
